Parental Consent and School Responsibility Agreement

The school agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChessMasters, its organisers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the participation of its students in the tournament. This includes, but is not limited to, claims relating to injuries, accidents, disputes, or any other incidents occurring during or in connection with ChessMasters 2025.

Registration fee and Submission

I agree to the payment of the non-refundable registration fee of N10,000, which is a requirement for completing this form. Payment must be made via the online payment link provided on this page. Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment. (This will be powered by Paystack or Flutterwave, ensuring automatic reconciliation with the registration data.)

I acknowledge that while refreshments will be provided for participants on the tournament day, all logistics and accommodation costs are to be covered by our school, and we are also responsible for chaperoning our team.
